Why is my computer running slowly?
Your computer may be infected with malware or viruses. Use a malware scanner to remove these. Temp files can also cause this problem, which can be removed using a temp file cleaner. Also, run a  “chkdsk” to diagnose a potentially failing hard drive.
Why can’t I log in to my computer/software?
You may have forgotten the password. The caps lock on your keyboard may be on and needs to be turned off. If your issue is software related, re-installation or repair of software in “Add/Remove   Programs” may be necessary.
Why is our internet running slowly
A power cycle of the router may solve the issue. If problems persist, your internet service provider may need to be contacted for further assistance.
Why does my wireless access point keep kicking me off?
The cable that is connected to the router/modem might be going bad. Changing that out may be a potential solution, as well as power cycling the router/modem. Another possibility is that the wireless card in the computer might be going failing. In that case, it would require installation of a new one.
Why is my printer not printing?
Check to see if the printer is connected to the computer securely via usb. Make sure the drivers latest drivers are installed. If the printer is being used for other computers on your network, make sure that sharing is enabled via the “Printer Preferences” menu upon right clicking on the printer in the “Devices And Printers” menu.
Why do I have blue screen showing on my computer?
This is known as the “Blue Screen Of Death”. This could be caused by a number of issues including faulty external devices, bad memory, a failing hard drive, and a failing motherboard.  A proper diagnostics scan is suggested to find the root of the problem. That utility can usually be found by pressing F12 or F2 upon start-up of your computer, though it does vary between manufacturers. Refer to the manual for your computer to confirm the correct key.
Why does my computer keep freezing?
This can be a result of corrupt files in an operating system, bad memory, registry conflicts , or a bad hard drive. A proper diagnostics scan is recommended, along with a “chkdsk” scan on your hard drive and performing a registry cleanup.
Why do I have so many pop-up ads/toolbar’s on my computer?
This is a very easy one to solve. Use malware/adware removal programs to scan and remove the software. It may also be necessary to go to the “Add/Remove Programs” menu to uninstall any suspicious software that you do not recognize.
Why am I seeing only a black screen when I try to boot into Windows?
There may be a possible corruption in your computer’s boot record. Run the “Windows Startup Repair” utility. This tool will make the necessary fixes to get your system running again. There is also a possibility that your video card is failing. In that case it may need to be replaced.
Why isn’t my favorite program working on my new computer?
If you are running this on a different version of windows, there is a chance that the version may be incompatible. Ensure that you are downloading the latest version of said software, as it may optimized for running on newer versions of windows.
